Welcome! I’m Belinda, your movement-based practitioner and coach. With an undergrad in Psychology and certifications in attachment style-based trauma, yoga and meditation instructor, I am positively your sidekick and helper in navigating the stickiness of life. I guide intuitive, creative individuals in to reconnect with their bodies through multi-faceted and integrative approach - drawing on modalities such as mindfulness and acceptance commitment therapy, yoga, dance, body scans, and meditation. Mostly, it's a flow of what is needed in the moment. My mission is to help my clients process and release trapped emotions, find clarity on their purpose, and navigate life's challenges with integrity. Grounded in values of spirituality, family, knowledge, fun, and honesty, I foster healing and personal growth in a compassionate and supportive environment.
